Guess it has been awhile since our last post. We've had a number of events lately; including an anniversary and two b-days, Easter and now Mothers day. We managed to spend our Wedding anniversary and my 50th in Indonesia, with dinner and desert at the Shangri La. Allen loves Ice Cream!

We were off to Bali for Easter. We were very impressed when they delivered a b-day cake to our room.

We also celebrated Allen's 2nd B-day with a big party at home. Most of his playmates came and they played on his new slide and swing set. We felt that it was a success when no fights broke out. Yes he likes to climb up the slide...

He had so much fun and got a bunch of great presents. He may have overdone it a bit because after he went to sleep he started moaning and we noticed he was bloated. When we tried to burp him he nearly exploded with projectile vomiting being the operative word. When he finished I asked him if he felt better and he looked at me and said... yeah! We cleaned him up a nd he was off for a good nights sleep.

the next day he went on his first trip to Disneyland HK!

I also had the pleasure last week, of seeing the fireworks over Ho Chi Minh City ( Saigon) on the celebration of their Independence Day 35 years after the American surrender. It seems like yesterday.

Oh yes...... dont want to forget to send Congratulations to Megan Derek and Tessa for their HS Graduation!

Ellie becoming a hero at the Great Wall. According to Chairman Mau you have to go to the Great Wall to become a hero.
Look who else is a hero!

Cooling off at one of our favorite waterfalls.

Yes........It is true........... I can fly!

And boy, does Tut love to swim! Either at the waterfall

Or at the ocean nearer to home!

Did I say to watch out for the mongols!!!

A view from our rooftop.

Mylene with curls and me in a traditional Filipino Barong at our frinds weding in Manila.

The front door
At least we get to park near our house now!!!!

It is about time for a new post. We have been so busy with family visits, funerals, friends weddings, work, and moving. Due to numerous requests, some photos of our new place are included for your perusal. We are really happy with the new house, and feel fortunate to enjoy such beautiful scenic surroundings. We have a bit less direct ocean view, but a much better view of the mountains.
It was great to have Ellie visit and show her some of the places that we like to try and beat the heat inthe summertime!Ellie truly enjoyed Beijing, and we were fortunate enough to have seen a beautiful day at the Great Wall together. She also saw some of the finer places in Beijing - the landfill (no pictures).
We like to go swiming and have fresh and salt water places. We prefer to go to the freshwater so Tut can drink while he swims. Don't stand behind a dog when they've been drinking salt water!Enjoy the rest of summer!

It is nearly Christmas time so we decided to put some new photos on the blog. It has been a busy past few months. Mylene's sister, Precy, came for a visit while Bryce was in Beijing and Shanghai saving the world from methane and global warming!
Last weekend we went for a hike in a nearby country park and found a poor little puppy, crying on the trail. After an exhaustive search to find his mother or owner, we decided he had been abandoned, and brought him home. He is learning to enjoy a life of leasure with four or five square meals a day and plenty of napping ( as you can see, Bryce likes the napping too!).

We also received a lovely basket of flowers from Mom and Dad, so we decided to take some photos of the puppy in from of the flowers. Just as we were snapping to photo, he tuned around and ate some of the flowers.

We will be going to the Philippines for the Christmas and New Year Holidays, and hope to have some more nice photos to put on the blog next year!

Hope you all have a great Christmas and New Year!

We just started our very own blog, so I used a nice photo of theBaker Creek Dam and the cabin.

We had a very eventful week. OWT won several small contracts, hired two new staff, and .....

Mylene just got a new car (well new to her anyway). Its a 2004 Lexus Harrier, with rich corinthian leather seats!

We have started our blog on a very speial occasion. Its Mom and Robin's birthday today. Happy birthday to both of you, and Michael tomorrow. We sent the day hiking, and swimming at one of our favorite HK swimming holes.

National Day is coming up and we plan to have some fireworks photos soon. Inb the meantime, here a few more vacation photos.

El and Dad hangin with the he pirates on the streets of SFO and at Ghiradelli. The real pirates are the ones inthe stores! A few more from the ranch too. Ethan and Barry ..... tag team of Thai Muay kick boxers!
